The Steward’s Formation Roadmap is a five-Movement formation journey designed to help you walk closely with the Lord as you learn to recognise, articulate, faithfully express and steward what He has entrusted to you.
But the Roadmap is more than a sequence of five things to complete.
It is an invitation to learn a way of walking.
Throughout the journey, you will be invited to draw near to Christ, open Scripture, pray, reflect, notice, discern and faithfully respond to what He brings to your attention.
There will be practical steps to take. There will be questions to consider.
There will be things to write, articulate, and eventually express.
But you won’t be asked to manufacture meaning, force an answer or rush ahead of what the Lord is revealing. Nor are these practices intended to replace your relationship with the Lord or become a process you follow independently of Him.
They are there to help you continue bringing what you are recognising back before Him.
Because the purpose of the Roadmap is not simply to help you reach greater clarity.
It is to help you practice a posture of faithful stewardship you can continue carrying into the seasons ahead.
Draw near.
Listen.
Recognise.
Respond.
Steward faithfully.
Five Movements. One Continuing Posture
The Steward’s Formation Roadmap unfolds across five Movements.
Each Movement has its own focus, but they are not five separate steps to complete and leave behind.
What you begin practising in Abide in Christ continues as you Recognise.
What you recognise with the Father becomes the foundation from which you learn to Articulate.
What has been prayerfully articulated can then be considered for Faithful Expression.
And whatever the Lord entrusts remains something to be Faithfully Stewarded — while continuing to abide, listen, recognise and respond as He leads.
1. Abide in Christ
Everything begins here - and continues here.
Before looking for answers about calling, message or assignment, the Roadmap begins by turning your attention to Christ.
You will be invited to slow down, open Scripture, draw near and consider the posture from which faithful stewardship flows.
Because abiding is not simply the first Movement of the Roadmap.
It is the posture beneath every Movement that follows.
2. Recognise
Look again - with the Father.
Here, you begin prayerfully looking across how God has created you and the story you have lived — noticing gifts, patterns, experiences, learning, recurring threads and what the Lord may be bringing to your attention.
This is not an exercise in trying to make every part of your life mean something.
Nor are you being asked to manufacture a calling from the pieces of your story.
You are learning to look again with the Father and ask:
What do You want me to recognise?
3. Articulate
Give faithful language to the what has been recognised.
Recognition often begins before we have words for what we are seeing.
In this Movement, you begin prayerfully giving language to what has become clearer — perhaps your testimony of the Lord’s faithfulness, a recurring conviction, wisdom you have gained, or something you sense He may be entrusting you to carry and communicate.
The purpose is not to create an impressive message.
It is to become increasingly able to faithfully express what you have genuinely recognised.
Recognition before articulation.
Communion before communication.
4. Faithfully Express
Share what has been entrusted in ways that reflect Christ
Faithful expression asks more than:
What could I say?
It also asks:
How am I being invited to say it?
Where might it be expressed?
What manner of expression reflects Christ?
For some, expression may remain wonderfully ordinary — a conversation, testimony, act of service, piece of writing or encouragement offered to another person.
For others, the Lord may open wider opportunities through work, ministry, business, teaching, creative expression or other spheres of influence.
The form may differ.
The invitation is to express faithfully rather than perform visibly.
5. Faithfully Steward
Continue walking with Christ as a faithful steward.
The final Movement is not really an ending.
It turns your attention toward the continuing journey.
How will you carry what has been entrusted without making it your identity?
How will you remain attentive when seasons change?
How will you hold assignments with open hands, continue discerning the Lord’s leading and resist the temptation to move from dependence into striving?
Faithful stewardship is not something we complete.
It is a posture we continue practising as we remain close to Christ and respond to whatever He places within our care.
Across every Movement, the invitation remains to stay close to Christ and faithfully respond as He leads.
Five Movements. One Continuing Posture

You’ll walk alongside people whose lives allow us to observe the faithfulness, character and ways of God — not because their stories provide a formula for ours, but because they can help us notice what Scripture is revealing about the One we are learning to trust and follow.
At different places in the journey, you may encounter questions, struggles, and responses that feel surprisingly familiar.
Moses asking: “Who am I?”
Nehemiah receiving news that moves him deeply — and turning first to prayer.
Others learning to trust, wait, respond, serve, speak, build, lead or faithfully carry what has been placed within their care.
But the invitation is not to make their story fit yours.
The invitation is to look to Christ.
Observe with Me
At different points throughout the Roadmap, you’ll be invited to slow down with a passage of Scripture and notice what is actually there.
What is happening?
What is being said or done?
What does the passage reveal about God’s character, faithfulness or ways?
Rather than rushing immediately to What does this mean for me?, we first allow Scripture to direct our attention to what it reveals.
Walk with the Father
Then comes the invitation to linger.
To bring what you have noticed before the Father.
To pray. To listen. To return to Scripture.
And, without forcing a conclusion, to ask what He may want you to recognise or faithfully respond to in your own life.
Sometimes something may become clear. Sometimes a question may remain. Sometimes the faithful response may simply be to continue abiding, praying and listening.
There is no required revelation you must produce before you can move forward.
The purpose is not to make Scripture fit your story.
It is to learn to recognise your story in the presence of the One Scripture reveals.
And throughout the Roadmap, the invitation remains:

There is no single story that brings someone to The Steward’s Formation Roadmap. Perhaps you have loved and followed the Lord for many years, yet find yourself wondering: How can God use someone like me? What do I really have to contribute?
Perhaps you can look back across years of life, work, relationships, service, learning and experience, but have never really considered what the Father might want you to notice across your story. Perhaps you have walked through a season of healing and restoration and are beginning to wonder what faithful response might look like in the season ahead.
Perhaps something continues to stir when you encounter a particular need, injustice, brokenness, or group of people. You don’t want to assume what that stirring means, but neither do you want to ignore it. Perhaps you want to speak more readily about Jesus and His faithfulness, or there is something you sense you may be called to communicate, create, build or steward — but you want to discern it with the Lord rather than rush ahead of Him.
Or perhaps your questions are much quieter than these. There may be no particular assignment you are trying to identify.
No platform you are trying to build. No message you believe you need to take to the world. You simply desire to know Christ more deeply and become increasingly faithful with whatever He places within your care.
That desire matters here.
Faithful stewardship may unfold in your home, relationships, community, workplace, business, ministry or another place the Lord leads. It may be seen by many. It may be known by very few. The measure is not visibility. The invitation is faithfulness.
And wherever the Lord has placed you, the Roadmap invites you to continue asking:
Father, what do You want me to recognise? And how are You inviting me to faithfully respond?
Is this the right season?
You don’t need to arrive at The Steward’s Formation Roadmap with every part of your story resolved. We are all continuing to grow, heal and mature as we walk with Christ. But there may be seasons when the most faithful response is not yet to ask:
What am I being called to build? What message am I meant to share? What assignment might be ahead?
Sometimes there are places of hurt, disappointment, betrayal or loss that need space and attention before questions about what comes next become the primary focus. If that is where you find yourself, there is no need to rush.
Perhaps the question for this season is simply: Father, what needs my attention as I walk with You here?
For some women, Prophetic Pioneers Alliance may be a more appropriate environment for the season they are in — particularly those who are continuing to walk through healing, restoration and preparation, and who sense the Lord may be calling them as prophetic pioneers as they grow in discernment and learn to faithfully respond to His leading.
And if you are unsure which season you are in, you do not need to force an answer.
Stay close to Christ. Bring the question before Him. And allow the next faithful step to become clearer as He leads.
Begin Where Faithful Stewardship Begins.
You don’t need to know where the Roadmap will lead. You don’t need to know what you will recognise along the way.
You don’t need to have the words yet or understand what faithful expression might eventually look like. And you don’t need to have the next season mapped out before you take the first step.
You simply begin with Christ.
Perhaps this is a season to slow down. To open Scripture.
To bring the questions you have been carrying before the Father.
To look again at your story with Him. To become attentive to what He wants you to recognise. And, as He leads, to respond faithfully.
The Steward’s Formation Roadmap will accompany you through that journey — not by handing you an answer about who you should become or what you should do, but by continually inviting you back to the One from whom faithful stewardship flows.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to know my calling before I begin?
No.
You don’t need to arrive with your calling identified, an assignment understood or your next season mapped out.
The Roadmap is designed to help you remain close to Christ while prayerfully recognising what the Father may want you to notice about how He has created you, your story, what He has placed within your care and how He may be inviting you to respond.
Sometimes greater clarity will emerge. Sometimes the next faithful step will become clearer before the bigger picture does.
And sometimes you may recognise that the invitation is simply to keep abiding, listening and waiting.
You are not expected to manufacture an answer.
What if I don’t believe I have a particular message to share?
You don’t need one.
The Roadmap is not built on the assumption that every Steward has a particular public message they are meant to develop.
Every follower of Christ can bear witness to who He is and what He has done. As you look again with the Father, you may become better able to recognise and articulate your testimony of His faithfulness.
For some Stewards, something more particular may also begin to emerge — perhaps a recurring conviction, body of wisdom or message they sense they are being asked to faithfully carry and communicate.
For others, faithful stewardship may take a very different form.
You don’t need to arrive looking for a message.
You are invited to remain attentive to what the Lord wants you to recognise.
Is the Roadmap only for people in ministry or business?
No.
Faithful stewardship is not limited to a profession, ministry position, business or public platform.
The Lord places His people in homes, workplaces, communities, churches, businesses, ministries and many other spheres of life.
The Roadmap is for those who desire to walk closely with Christ and become increasingly faithful with what He places within their care — wherever He has placed them.
Your stewardship does not need to be public to matter.
What if I’m still not sure whether this is the right season?
You don’t need to force certainty.
Perhaps begin by bringing the question itself before the Father: What needs my attention in this season?
If you find yourself continually returning to questions about what the Lord has placed within your care, how He has created you, what you are beginning to recognise or how you might faithfully respond, the Roadmap may provide a helpful place to walk those questions with Him.
If another area of your life needs your attention first, there is freedom to honour that too.
The Roadmap will still be here when the season is right.
Do I need to complete Prophetic Pioneers Alliance before beginning the Roadmap?
No.
Prophetic Pioneers Alliance and Entrusted Steward Academy serve different places and needs within the wider journey.
Some women may encounter Prophetic Pioneers Alliance during a season of healing, restoration and preparation — particularly those who sense the Lord may be calling them as prophetic pioneers* and desire to continue growing in discernment and walking closely with Him.
Many Stewards will come directly to Entrusted Steward Academy, and many will never need Prophetic Pioneers Alliance at all.
There is no required pathway you need to complete before beginning the Roadmap.
If you are unsure which environment may be most appropriate for the season you are in, bring the question before the Lord and consider where your attention most needs to be right now.
* Within Prophetic Pioneers Alliance, we use the term prophetic pioneer to describe someone the Lord is calling to walk closely with Him, discern what He is bringing to their attention, and courageously forth-tell His truth as He leads — often in places, conversations or areas where a way is still being prepared for His restorative purposes.
This is about forth-telling, not foretelling: faithfully bearing witness to Christ and His truth rather than predicting future events.
I’m looking to grow my visibility, influence or business. Is this the right program?
If your primary goal is to grow your visibility, audience, influence or business, The Steward’s Formation Roadmap is probably not the practical equipping you are looking for.
The Roadmap is first a formation journey — helping you remain close to Christ as you recognise, articulate, faithfully express and steward what He has entrusted.
For some Stewards, increased visibility or influence may eventually become part of the sphere in which they are asked to serve. But visibility and influence are not the goals of the Roadmap, nor are they measures of faithful stewardship.
If you already have clarity around what you are building and are looking for practical support to strengthen your business foundations, message, programs or marketplace presence, Core Business Foundations may be a better fit.
If your focus is on launching or strengthening a podcast to faithfully communicate your message and build relationships with those you are called to serve, Podcasting with Purpose may be the more appropriate next step.

How quickly should I move through the Roadmap?
The Roadmap has a direction, but formation is not a race.
Each Movement builds upon what has come before, so there is value in walking through the journey progressively rather than rushing ahead.
At the same time, you may find there are Scriptures, questions or recognitions with which you want to remain for longer.
You may pause.
Return.
Pray.
Carry a question with you.
And continue when you are ready.
The goal is not to finish as quickly as possible.
Give yourself permission to walk at a pace that allows you to remain attentive to the Lord.
