Come and look again - with the Father.

Perhaps that isn’t a question you need to answer for yourself. What might the Father want you to recognise about how He has created you and the ways He has prepared you?

Some seasons may still be difficult to understand. Perhaps you can look again with the Father and begin noticing where He was present and faithful.

A need. A group of people. Something that leaves you thinking, Surely it doesn’t have to remain this way. Rather than rushing to decide what it means, perhaps it is something to bring before the Lord.

Perhaps you can begin with what you already know: Where have you encountered the faithfulness of Jesus? What have you seen Him do?

Perhaps there is more to recognise than you realise — not by searching for something impressive about yourself, but by noticing the workmanship and faithfulness of God throughout your story.

When the Lord spoke to Moses from the burning bush and told him He was sending him to Pharaoh, Moses responded with a question many of us may recognise:
"Who am I that I should go to
Pharaoh and bring the children
of Israel out of Egypt."
Exodus 3:11
His response was:
"But I will be with you."
Exodus 3:12

What have You been forming in me?
Where can I recognise Your faithfulness?
Are there patterns You want me to notice?
Is there anything I've overlooked?

Perhaps there is something you keep noticing.
A need that moves you deeply. A group of people you find yourself thinking or praying about. Something in your community, your industry, the Church or the world that leaves you wondering whether things could be different.
You may not know why it matters so much to you.
And you don’t need to rush to decide what it means.
You may have a desire to share your faith but wonder what you would say, whether you know enough, or how a conversation about Jesus could ever begin.
Perhaps you can begin with what you have come to know.
Where have you experienced the Lord’s faithfulness? How has He met you, carried you or drawn you closer to Himself? What have you come to know about His character that you can now bear witness to?
Throughout Scripture, we see people telling others what God has done:
“Come and hear, all you who fear God, and I will tell what he has done for my soul.”
Psalm 66:16
Your testimony does not need to be dramatic to bear witness to Jesus.
Nor does faithful stewardship require a platform.
It may happen around your kitchen table, with a neighbour, within your workplace, church or community — or through the wider opportunities and influence God has placed within your hands.
And for some, as they continue seeking the Lord, He may reveal a particular work or assignment He is inviting them to faithfully steward.
The expression will look different for each person.
But the posture remains:
Stay close to Christ.
Recognise what He has entrusted.
Faithfully respond where He leads.

A space of hope, healing and recognition for women in or emerging from the cave.

Cave to Calling Podcast was created as a bridge of hope and encouragement for women who find themselves in a season of hiddenness, isolation, disappointment or uncertainty.
It's a place to recognise what God may be doing in and through your story - a space for healing, preparation and the gradual unfolding of your calling and assignment.

A 10-part journey fr women in or emerging from the cave. Together we explore key themes of truth, trust, surrender, healing and abiding in Christ, laying the foundation for recognising what God is doing and where He may be leading next.

A continuing journey of recognition and alignment. In this season we lean into the questions many of us carry — including whether we've missed God's plan, how to respond to past hurt, and how to move forward with clarity and confidence in what He has entrusted to us.

I'm Annemarie Cross — a Christian business mentor, podcast strategist and, like many of you, a woman who has walked through seasons of hiddenness, hurt and unexpected turns.
Cave to Calling is born out of my own journey of discovering that God had been preparing me all along — even through the parts of my story I didn't understand at the time. I'm here to share honest conversations, biblical insight and practical encouragement so you can recognise what God may be doing in your story too.
Cave to Calling is a bridge of hope and encouragement. If you're emerging from a season of hiddenness and longing for a community of women who understand something of that journey, you may want to discover the next step.
